Dr. Zachary Jameson

Dr. Zachary JamesonDr. Zach Jameson, born in Texas and grew up in America's heartland. Zach always wanted to be a doctor. He didn't agree with the trend of overmedication seen in much of mainstream medicine, so he decided chiropractic would be a better fit.

Zach received his bachelor's degree at the University of Iowa, and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2004. Since graduating Dr. Zach has been trained in the Ideal Protein Method and plays an important role as one of our top coaches. In his spare time Dr. Zach enjoys boating, kick boxing, and spending time with his wife Mirna and their 3 children.

Dr. Mary Hasley

Dr. Mary HasleyDr. Mary E. Hasley, born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA, is one of 12 children. Mary graduated from Palmer college of Chiropractic in 1997. She is certified in acupuncture from the Wichita School of Chinese Medicine, and was recently certified on the "Webster Technique" from the ICPA. She has extensive training in scoliosis and nutrition.

Her goal is to leave a legacy of healing in the most natural sense, through chiropractic, acupuncture, nutrition, exercise and love.



Dr. Adam Jameson

Dr. Adam JamesonDr. Adam has been an advocate for health and fitness for the majority of his life. As a former athlete he has first hand experience when it comes to healthy eating habits and staying fit. From his athletic background he learned the value of teamwork and how to be a leader. “When playing sports I always took pride and joy in being a captain. I think this translates perfectly when it comes to coaching dieters and assisting patients in their health care.”

Dr. Adam attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City from which he graduated with his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic. He joined the family practice in December 2004. Dr. Adam is not only an Ideal Protein coach he has completed the program himself. In his spare time Dr. Adam enjoys golfing, traveling, working out, and spending time with his wife Kelly and their 3 daughters.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
